HOA dues go toward required insurance, mowing, spraying, and maintenance/improvement of the common areas under the power lines.
The HOA has a $60 annual fee, due June 1 of each year. Fees should be mailed to:

Penalty for Non-payment
Annual dues are due on June 1 of each year. If not received by August 1, then a $50 penalty fee will be added to the dues. A letter stating the total amount owed and intent to lien will be sent out by certified mail. If payment is not received by September 1, a $50 filing and handling fee will be added. If no response is received within 10 days, a lien will be filed on the property address. If the above lien is not paid in full by the next due date, then penalty fees will double.
