About Us
The River Terrace Estates HOA Board is responsible for enforcing the neighborhood covenants, maintaining and improving certain aspects of the development, and responding to residents’ thoughts and concerns.
The HOA has seven board members who serve staggered terms of two years. The HOA Board meets several times each year. There is also an annual homeowners’ meeting each May at which board members are elected.
